7.8/10

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, located in a great spot for easy access to the town center and surrounding areas. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay pleasant. However, the rooms were quite small and outdated, and the dining experience was basic. The location was a major highlight, being walking distance to the town and convenient for our activities.

6.4/10

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room, priced at £79, was clean, and the breakfast was good, but it had a lingering smell of smoke. The basic amenities were reasonable for the price I paid.

Rooms
6.0
The room was clean and the breakfast was good. However, there was a noticeable smell of smoke in the room. The room was basic but acceptable for the price paid.
Service
8.0
The service, especially from RAVI the manager at the front desk, was really helpful and kind. The staff, like Rumania, provided a warm and welcoming check-in experience where nothing was too much trouble.
Location
7.0
The hotel's location was convenient for my needs, although it was a little rough and seemed more suited for workers. It was close to a garage shop, making it handy for quick snacks, and within walking distance of the town centre.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were very simple, offering just toast with jam or cereals with milk. The quality, especially the 'Croissants,' seemed disappointing as they appeared to be frozen in advance. The breakfast was basic, but not remarkable.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were average, nothing exceptional to highlight. However, the hotel lacked a bit of charm and luxury in its offerings.

The hotel offers clean and spacious rooms, but the service can be improved. The location is well-situated with easy access to amenities, but the dining experience could be better.

The rooms were perfectly sized, clean, and had good quality bed linen.
Service

The staff can be rude and noisy at times, but they try to sort out issues when approached.

Dining
7.0
The continental self-service breakfast offers a wide variety, but the quality of some items may not meet expectations.
